Please Note: To maintain the highest standards Frontstage on the whole only seam carpet when the room dimensions exceed the carpet width unless previously agreed with the client.      
Prices are based on the same carpet being fitted throughout the house. An additional charge will be made if different carpet/colours are used, based on the additional carpet that is required.  
To save wastage of carpet and reduce seams a patterned or textured carpet may not all be laid in the same direction.  If the carpet is to all be laid in the same direction a specific quote can be produced on request.
Prices are based on the property being empty and unoccupied at time of fitting.

Terms:  30 Day Credit Account 
Shading: All carpets with a cut pile may develop light & dark patches caused by unequal pressure on the pile in wear.  This is not a manufacturing defect.
Maintenance: We recommend regular weekly vacuuming, spray and extraction cleaning of the carpet surface once or twice a year and immediate spot cleaning of stains.  Loop pile carpets must be cleaned by suction only type cleaners and not cleaners with revolving 'beater bars'.
